• Review and assess the NGO’s operating model design:
including assessment and enhancement of the NGO's organization structure and
governance model in light of the NGO's strategy.
• Develop an NGO strategy:
including assessment of current organizational performance,
identification of key challenges/opportunities and
development of key initiatives to address these challenges/opportunities)
• Implement and evaluate the strategy and capability building tool-kit:
including the development of the implementation plan and relevant tools for the NGO team to successfully implement the developed strategy and transform to the new operating model (if a new model was developed).
